பயன்படுத்தும் முறை :
ஒருநாளில் இரண்டுமுறை 2-3 கிராம், உணவுக்கு பிறகு, சூடான நீருடன் / தேனுடன் அல்லது மருத்துவரின் ஆலோசனைப்படி உட்கொள்ளவும்.
